The Capiz Best Diwal or also known as the Angel Wings shell is one of the tourist love shell food in Capiz because of its yummy taste, price and of course because of its availability.

The Capiz Best Diwal is considered to be a nearly extinct shell food in our province for last two decades due to the unregulated harvesting of it but because of Capiznon effort to maintain its quality and abundance they have already regulated how this shell can be cultivated well and not to be extinct knowing that this shell plays a great role in putting our province to be called as the Seafood Capital of the Philippines.

Capiz Best Diwal as shell food is simple and exotic delicacy of our province because only few provinces can offer diwal and we are lucky to taste its simple but yummy taste. Diwal is  a simple dish, but not simple to be a dish it takes a great effort  to give our dear people a this exotic but simple yummy taste that the gift of sea gives to us.
